Derek Broadley
One of the most qualified soccer coaches in the U.S. and Europe today. Has worked successfully to improve team, player and coach’s performance in Bermuda, the UK and North America. As the Academy Director for one of England’s top pro clubs, produced many top professional players. Holds the UEFA “A” License, the NSCAA Premier Diploma, the English FA Academy Directors License, and NSCAA Master Coaches License.

Assistant Coaches:

Stephen Lyons
Originally from Middlesbrough, England. Currently head coach for Tennessee Wesleyan College men’s soccer team. As a player, achieved awards for All Conference, All Region and All-American.  UEFA Level Two Coaching License, USSF “C” license and UEFA B License. 

Josh Scott
Orginally from London, England. Has been a part of various professional academies in England and Finland as well as playing in semi-professional and professional development leagues.  He is currently the men’s soccer coach and recruiting coordinator at Emory & Henry College.

General Manager:

Jason Goss
B.S. in Business Management, minor in Sport Management, Elon University; Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Sports Administration, Ohio University.  Internships with Ascoli Calcio – Professional Italian Soccer Team–and Major League Soccer (NYC).  Benchmarked soccer teams across the US over the past year determining best practices for launching of the Knoxville Force.
