2020 Head Coach:

Derek Broadley

Head coach for the Knoxville Force during the 2011 season, has signed on to be the Director of Coaching of the Knoxville Force and Lady Force for the 2012 season.  He has achieved the highest level of coaching licensure in the United States and Europe.  Broadley holds a Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) “A” license, is a graduate of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) “Master Coach” program, and has served as Technical Director of the Bermuda Football Association. He has worked successfully to improve player, team, and coaches’ performance in Knoxville, Bermuda, the United Kingdom, and North America.

B.S. in Business Management, minor in Sport Management, Elon University; Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Sports Administration, Ohio University.  Internships with Ascoli Calcio – Professional Italian Soccer Team–and Major League Soccer (NYC).  Benchmarked soccer teams across the US over the past year determining best practices for launching of the Knoxville Force.
